I agree with Doug that we have to many special interests guiding or influencing U.S. Foreign Policy. If individual Americans want to provide aid, comfort or other types of support for foreign causes, that's there business but the U.S. Government should only be guided in its decisions by the U.S. Constitution and strict U.S.

It was good to learn that Attorney General Eric Holder will be going after CIA torturers...or will he? Holder has appointed a special prosecutor to look into "alleged detainee mistreatment." If that sounds like half a loaf, it should. The prosecutor will look into specific instances where it is suspected that the interrogators exceeded established procedures.
